When you attend a Standard Class, you will receive a warm welcome from two of our experienced coaches who will give you quick 1:1 orientation before class. You will then complete a circuit of functional resistance-training exercises alongside members of different ages and experience levels who share the goal of having fun while helping each other get fit.
We play high-energy pop, rock and rap mixes loud (until it’s time to cool down and chat) but always personalize the experience for our members, ensuring safe, effective and enjoyable exercise participation.
