If you’re recovering from an injury, illness, pregnancy, are at the very beginning of your fitness journey or have a chronic health condition, Tailored Classes were designed to help you ramp up!
When you attend a Tailored Class, you will receive a warm welcome from our experienced coaches who will review your Intake Form and/or inquire about any physical limitations or concerns you may have. This will allow our coaches to modify the scheduled programming appropriately – ensuring you have an effective and encouraging experience. You will exercise alongside no more than five other members who share the same goal of improving their fitness knowledge, skill and capacity.
We offer every single account holder (no membership required!) three free Tailored sessions to ensure everyone who enters our club is supported, empowered and informed on their fitness journey – regardless of which classes they choose to attend. (Create your account today!)
